Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your project after work has commenced:
- You will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date
- A refund will be issued for any payments made beyond the value of completed work
- All work completed up to the cancellation date will remain the property of Academycreative unless otherwise agreed
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- If the project has been completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications
- If you change your mind about the project after work has been completed
- If the project is cancelled due to a breach of contract on your part
- If you fail to provide necessary information, content, or feedback required to complete the project
- If the project timeline is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control
- For third-party services or products (hosting, domain registration, plugins, etc.) purchased on your behalf
Revision Policy

Refund Process

Payment Terms
